To date, it is important to become aware of the fact that our future depends more and more on the development of available human and social capital: it becomes essential to attract and train individuals capable of living together in a society based on human knowledge and relationships, ensuring the preconditions to encourage this development.
In this context, it is essential to invest as a priority on facilities at the service of the knowledge community, which allow us to support and encourage access to university education. Among these, student housing represents an instrument capable of uniting society, culture and services.
